  • Food diary assessment

If you book the 1-year programme, a structured, supportive nutrition journey with check-ins every two months to help you build sustainable habits and long-term results.

  • Obstacles & Strategy: Identifying barriers and creating practical, achievable solutions.
  • Support & Motivation: Progress review, consistency building, and a backup plan for busy weeks.
